It’s a collaboration. You bring the goals and ideas - we figure out the obstacles - I pave the path. Your feedback is encouraged every step of the way- if things aren’t feeling right, aren’t aligning with your life as planned, or you just aren’t vibing with your workouts, we’ll switch it up!

Aside from meeting your goals and feeling great, I have a hidden agenda to help you:

  • No, not exactly. I’m not here to hand out one-size-fits-all templates.

    My approach is all about sustainability- building habits that fit your lifestyle and keep life joyful! So for clients interested in help with nutrition, I offer guidance and support with setting goals, and tools to help you reach them. Through the Misfit Training app, we can set calorie or macro goals, sync with MyFitnessPal, and use the food journal to share quick meal snapshots and explore simple, realistic changes together.

  • Probably not. Most gyms have rules against outside personal trainers working on the premises. But, you can ask them!
