Remote coaching

  • Get a fully customized, progressive workout plan designed just for you — all delivered through an intuitive app on your phone. You’ll have direct access to me for support, accountability, and guidance as we set goals, build habits, and track progress together — all at a fraction of the cost of in-person training.

    The app includes:

    • Instructional videos for every exercise

    • Habit tracking tools

    • A food journal for optional help with nutrition

    • Integration with your FitBit, Garmin, Apple Health, MyFitnessPal, and more

    How It Works
    Following a thorough intake process—including a phone or Zoom call—we'll set your start date, and I’ll start putting together your personalized plan. This may include a weekly workout schedule, habit goals (like daily steps or increased water intake), and nutrition goals like balanced meals or hitting your macros. You’ll receive the full plan before your start date so we can review it together and make any adjustments to ensure it feels right for you before you begin your new path.

    Best for folks who:

    • Have some experience but aren’t sure how to train for their goals

    • Are ready to break through plateaus and take things to the next level

    • Want expert help without the high cost of in-person sessions

    • Step 1: Intake Forms
      You’ll start by filling out a few online forms that cover your background, goals, lifestyle, and where you’re currently at with your body.

    • Step 2: Follow-Up Consultation
      After reviewing your responses, we’ll connect via phone or Zoom to clarify your goals and talk through anything that needs more context.

    • Step 3: Your Personalized Plan
      I’ll put together your plan, which may include:

      • Your weekly workout schedule

      • Plans for progression and recovery

      • Habit tracking

      • Strategies for reaching nutritional goals

    • Step 4: Review & Refine
      Before your start date, I’ll send you the full plan so we can review it together and make any adjustments to ensure it fits you perfectly.

    • Step 5: Ongoing Support & Progression
      Once you start, the process continues. I’ll publish your program each week with thoughtful progressions to keep you moving toward your goals. We’ll keep checking in and adjusting as needed to make sure everything stays sustainable, realistic, and right for you. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

in-person coaching

  • At-home coaching is available to clients within 10 miles of Santa Rosa, California. I will train you in your home! All at-home sessions are 60 minutes.

    BEST FOR FOLKS WHO

    • are just getting started on a movement practice from an otherwise low-activity lifestyle

    • are remote clients who would like to do occasional in-person sessions for coaching on form and technique

      or,

    • have an at-home gym

    Bonus: Clients training in-person at least once per week get free access to the Misfit Training app — complete with between-session workouts, progress tracking, and remote support.

  • In-Person Training at the YMCA – Santa Rosa

    Most of my in-person sessions take place at the Santa Rosa YMCA. You don’t need to be a member to train with me but will need to register for training through the YMCA.

    The gym features both indoor and outdoor spaces, with a full range of strength and cardio machines, free weights, and more. Members also have access to group classes, a swimming pool, and a sauna.

    Best for folks who:

    • Want to learn how to lift heavy (safely and effectively)

    • Need help building confidence in the gym

    • Want to explore different movement styles to find what feels good

    • Are remote clients looking for occasional in-person form checks or technique coaching

    Bonus: Clients training in-person at least once per week get free access to the Misfit Training app — complete with between-session workouts, progress tracking, and remote support.
